Leucistic Burma Magic Mushrooms
Origin: Northern Burma
Various Names: Burmese Magic Mushrooms,
Background: The origins of the Lecusitic Burma magic mushroom in the West can be traced back to, you guessed it, Burma. In the mid 20th century, it is believed that John W Allan, a mycologist on a research trip to Asia, found himself in a small village outside of northern Rangoon, and was at the local university when a young Burmese student approached him with a strikingly familiar specimen, a mushroom darker in hue than Allan was used to. This was the first of the strain that Allan would continue on to grow a single flush from. Spores today can all be traced back to this original flush which Allan sent to colleagues internationally, introducing the rest of the world to the Leucistic Burma magic mushroom.
Distinctive Properties: Trunk like stems, sturdy thick bottom that tapers up to a wide brim white cap, hues of blue and brown
Effects: Wildly popular due to its high potency, Lecusitic Burma is a high potency mushroom strain. A strong come up about 45 minutes after ingestion might feel a little rocky at first but the Lecusitic Burma mushroom quickly chills out as you enter the high. The high itself is other worldly, changing the world around you into a new landscape. Shapes, colours and associations that you’ve never seen before can be expected. The high is very psychedelic but not super cerebral with more visually stunning effects than introspection. Feelings of pure joy, appreciation and euphoria will result from the Lecusitic Burma mushroom, making it the perfect day time strain or magic mushroom to enjoy in nature for people with an intermediate or advanced experience with psilocybin.
